Starting a fitness journey can be exciting yet daunting at the same time. It’s difficult to know what the right thing to do is, especially for people who are new to working out and living a healthy lifestyle.

So this is going to be a guide on how to start your fitness journey and how to actually make an effective (because who wants to workout and not actually get results) workout plan for beginners.

  1. Just Start

I think a lot of times people have a hard time starting their fitness journey because it can be intimidating at first and that can set people off. Sometimes we feel the need to wait until the next week, or next month, or even the next year to find that motivation to just start.

The thing is, it’s better just to start now. Instead of telling yourself you’ll start later, just do it now. Once you start and you find that motivation and start enjoying the work that you’re putting in, and you start seeing results, it will be harder for you to stop.
